Forever Love (tv Movie 2020)
A Navy fighter pilot who goes by the call sign "Grinch" and has slightly longer hair is at the center of Hallmark's new holiday movie premiering over Thanksgiving weekend.
"USS Christmas" airs Nov. 28 at 10 p.m. on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries. EST, the network announced on Veterans Day. Filmed this fall aboard the World War II-era aircraft carrier Yorktown, the film is set at Christmastime in Norfolk, Virginia and features a family Tiger Cruise.
"We were very fortunate to have the opportunity to film on this incredible aircraft carrier," Ron Del Rio, senior director of network program promotion for Crown Media's family of networks, said in a statement. "We were also able to partner with the USO, an organization that does such amazing work, and really gave the film an authentic look and feel."
Trevor Donovan plays the role of Lt. Billy Jenkins in this film. Donovan starred in the teen drama "90210" and appears alongside Jane Lilly of "Days of Our Lives," who plays Maddie Johnson, a Norfolk-based reporter and Navy sister who takes a cruise with Tiger. Was on board during, is on leave.
